Join us on Tuesday, March 31 from 5:30–7:30 PM for an evening of Prosecco, thoughtfully paired wines, and artisanal cheeses as we host our second Wine and Cheese Tasting at The Bar(n) at Sonark Farms. Our first wine and cheese tasting sold out in just two days, so we encourage you to reserve your seats early. The evening will be guided by Laurence Vuelta of Sunrise Wines and Austin Genke of Boxcarr Handmade Cheese, bringing together exceptional wines and locally crafted cheeses for a relaxed and memorable tasting experience. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco before settling in for a curated tasting featuring eight handmade cheeses from Boxcarr paired with four special wines selected by Laurence. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with two different cheeses, creating a variety of flavors to explore and enjoy. Crackers, fresh baguettes, fruits, charcuterie, and preserves will accompany the tastings. Sip, savor, and discover new favorites in a warm and welcoming setting. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply enjoy great food and good company, this is an evening not to be missed. Seating is limited to 48 guests.
