Try one of the fastest growing sports in the world! Our Ultimate Frisbee Women's Learning League focuses on learning the game of Ultimate Frisbee, trying something new, and having fun! Each week, we will learn a new foundational skill like throwing, cutting, and defense. Triangle Ultimate is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to growing the sport of ultimate frisbee and expanding access to high-quality, community-centered programming across the Triangle. Each year, we create fun, welcoming, and development-focused experiences for youth and adults through leagues, tournaments, camps, and clinics - serving more than 3,000 participants in 2024 alone. With over 100 programs running throughout the year, more than half of our players are youth 18 and under, reflecting our strong commitment to developing the next generation of athletes and leaders.
