Residents are invited to a virtual public meeting on April 15 to help design a brand-new, 7-acre public park. Located near the intersection of Avent Ferry and Rex roads, this project is part of the Village at Harris Lake development. This will be the first developer-led public park land and development dedication in Holly Springs. Following the Parks & Recreation Master Plan, this proposed park area is focused on passive, natural features. Amenities being considered include walking trails, a gazebo, an open lawn for play and picnics, a tot-lot playground, and more. The developer will share a park design concept and will seek feedback on public preferences for some of the features and materials. This is your chance to weigh in on the details that matter to you.
