The farm announced that they'll be open for tulip picking on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 1 to 5 p.m., and Saturday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open Farm Day Photo: Mace Publishing, LLC Firefly Farm is hosting an Open Farm Day on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visit the animals, walk the labyrinth, meander around the pond, and enjoy the beauty of this space. Admission is free. Farm tours will be available at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Food will be available for purchase. Firefly Farm announced this event on Facebook. Please note that pets are not allowed. U-Pick Flowers U-pick flowers open for the season on May 9, 2026, just in time for Mother's Day. The variety of flowers will vary according to what is in season. In May you can expect to find lots of daisies, Bachelor Buttons, Sweet William, red clover, and Dame's rocket, as well as wildflowers. Later in the season you'll find zinnias, sunflowers and more. The flowers available will change frequently, so plan to visit more than once! You can fill up the basket with flowers from several fields, and you'll have enough flowers to create several bouquets when you get home. So for $25 you can create bouquets for several people, including yourself! Make sure to purchase your ticket in advance. They are likely to sell out for opening day. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but the morning hours have sold out. This is the perfect place to bring a mom in your life for Mother's Day, since opening day is Saturday, May 9, 2026. Or bring the kids out and have them cut flowers for an incredible arrangement. Please note that the farm is NOT open on Mother's Day. U-pick tickets are good for the growing season, which is May through August, 2026.
