Seaforth Beach
Seaforth Beach Recreation Area is the most popular family swim beach. There's a sandy beach, designated swim area with ropes, picnic tables, grills, and restrooms. Lifeguards are on duty weekends and holidays, Memorial Day through Labor Day. It's the closest to Raleigh/Cary. Day-use parking is $7/vehicle.Pro tip: Arrive before 10 AM on weekends or the lot will be full. There is no overflow parking.
Ebenezer Church Recreation Area
Ebenezer Church has a sandy beach and swim area similar to Seaforth. It's slightly less crowded because it's a bit further from the main roads. Same $7/day-use fee. Good restrooms and picnic facilities.Parkers Creek
